Your support period has expired but you already renewed it on Envato marketplace but on support forum you still got an information about its expiration? Nothing easier!

When you are logged onto your account on the support forum, please click on your Avatar > Verify support period. In the next step, you will have field to put in the purchase code for your Betheme license.
