“Can not get domain name” error

If you receive "Can not get domain name" error, the most likely reason might be that your license key is used on more than one domain or is not registered at all. In such case, we recommend to handle your license keys with our https://api.muffingroup.com/licenses/ tool. If you see (on our license manager site) that your license key is registered on a single domain, please disable all of the plugins and de-register that license key (through the BeTheme > Dashboard section). After that, get into the license manager once more. If the license key is still claimed, de-register it. If it's not, register it again on your domain (through the BeTheme > Dashboard section) and try to update your theme/plugins couple of times (usually it pass after 2-3 attempts). Please remember, all of the plugins have to be disabled."
