How to display sidebar above the content on mobile?

No matter if you have left or right sidebar, in HTML mode, they are located under the content. As you probably knows, in responsive mode, content is being displayed one below the other. Thus, to display sidebar above the content, please go to Betheme > Theme Options > Custom CSS & JS > Custom JS and put the following Javascript
